DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
We do deliver locally, within 3 miles of each surgery, for a small charge. We deliver further away only by agreed exception. Please read the Delivery section for information.
If your order is placed before 5.30pm on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, there is a 99pct chance it will be available for collection from our surgeries the following day. Orders placed after 5.30pm Thursday may not be available for collection until the following tuesday.
ADVICE AND CUSTOM ORDERS
We will very happily provide nutritional advice tailored to the specific needs of your pet. If you would like information on the products, quantities to be fed or a recommendation for your individual pet please contact us.
